Vegan options are plentiful in U.S.

Have you ever heard this reasoning, “I tried to be vegan but it was hard.”
In most parts of North America and other parts of the world, people go to markets and grocery stores. In these easy to maneuver food sources there are sections where they keep nothing but vegan food. It’s called produce. You’ll find various potatoes, squash, greens, broccoli, garlic, cauliflower, and an array of fruit. These are all vegan foods, rich with protein, and other vital nutrients.
