Elmira crossing arms were long time coming

I was just coming home on a recent afternoon and the Elmira crossing arms are working. Kudos to the state, Bonner County and all the parties involves in getting these installed. Unfortunately they were not installed before Nov. 27, 2013, at 2:30 in the afternoon, or before the dozen or so other lives that have been lost at this crossing.
