Be careful, scammers are back in the county
Let the public beware. The fly-by-night seal coat/chip seal/waterproofing, etc., non-local people are back to scam you out of your hard earned money.
They’ll drive down your driveway and give you a friendly greeting, say how they’re in the area and your barn or building looks like it could use waterproofing and that’s what they do, they say, but beware the contract and the price they quote you.
Remember, if you don’t deal with local businesses, you’ll have a very difficult if not impossible time trying to get the non-local people to stand behind their product and work provided.
Let the buyer beware.Use only trustworthy local businesses.
