Crews should return and do the job right

Why does this happen every time it rains — the water collects in a big puddle on Superior Street parallel to the 45 mph sign on the right side of the street leaving Sandpoint going toward the Long Bridge? Can’t this be repaired? The city puts up signs that say “water over road.” Gee, that’s just swell.
