RATHDRUM — A 10-run third inning proved too much to overcome for Sandpoint, which saw its season come to an end with an 11-0 loss to Lakeland on Wednesday in the loser-out game of the 4A Region 1 baseball tournament at Gorton Field.
Caiden Oliver ripped a double, but the Bulldogs could only muster five hits in the game, which was called in the fifth inning due to the 10-run rule.
