Bowen leads Cats at districts

LAPWAI — Brandan Bowen finished second in the 300 hurdles (42.06) and third in the 100 hurdles during the prelims to lead Clark Fork at the 1A Region 1 track and field championships on Friday in Lapwai.

Emily Garman finished sixth in the 100 hurdles, 8th in the 300 hurdles and 11th in the 100 meters in the prelims.

Conorey Vogel finished 12th in the finals of the long jump.

Action continues today, when the Wampus Cats will be vying for state berths.
