Free Community Track and Field Meet on tap

SANDPOINT — For years, the Hershey’s Track and Field meet has been hosting youth meets around the country, including Sandpoint. Hershey’s is no longer hosting the annual track meet.

Enter Sandpoint Parks and Recreation, the Sandpoint track and field team and the Sandpoint cross country team, who are teaming up to present the free 2015 Sandpoint Community Track and Field Meet, on Tuesday, May 19 starting at 3 p.m. at the Sandpoint High School track.
