Hospital Week: A focus on continuous improvement

I must say, that I am far more often contacted by people who have had exemplary experiences with our hospital than not. And, I’ve personally had diagnostic imaging, surgeries and trips to the emergency department and have never had anything less than very satisfactory results, so if someone were to say that their visit was unpleasant, I’d frankly be surprised.

But that’s not to say that everyone thinks that Bonner General Health is the best hospital of its size in the country. Everyone has different needs, everyone has a different standard of excellence and everyone reacts differently when they’re afflicted with an illness or injury. What I will go to the end of the earth to say is that our hospital strives to be at the top of the charts for patient and staff satisfaction and does a great job at community outreach.
