Molander, Lewis win LPOSD seats

SANDPOINT — In preliminary results, Joel Molander and Geraldine Lewis were headed for seats on the Lake Pend Oreille School Board elections.

No other results for the consolidated election were were available by press time.

In preliminary results, in Zone 1 for the four-year term, Kathleen Rose had 117 votes to 247 for Joel L. Molander.

In Zone 4, Geraldine Lewis had 175 votes and Tom Cleveland had 48 for the four-year seat.

• West Bonner County School District: Trustee for Zones 1 and 5. In Zone 1, running are Shari Dovale and Margaret W. Hall. In Zone 5, running are Samuel “Rick” Hall, Debbie Kuhn and Lisa Ewing.

• East Bonner County Free Library District: Two board seats. On the ballot are Jeanine Asche, Joanne Cottrell, Amy Flint, and Susan Arima-Miller.

• Bayview Water & Sewer District: Directors No. 4 and No. 5

• Ellisport Bay Sewer District: Position “E”

• City of Kootenai: levy increase question.

• Priest Lake Public Library: levy increase question.
