CLARK FORK — Once again, Clark Fork will play host to the popular and fun Lake Pend Oreille School District Elementary School Track and Field Meet, on Friday, May 29 at the track in Clark Fork.

All of the elementary schools in the district are invited to the track meet, put on by Clark Fork teacher K.C. MacDonald. Students from third- through sixth-grade will have trial meets at their respective schools, with the top finishers invited to attend the one-day meet.

Per usual, a team trophy will be presented to the winner, and competitors will receive ribbons for the top six places. T-shirts will also be on sale.

This year’s events include the 50m, 100m, 200m, 4x100 relay, softball throw and standing broad jump.

Head out to Clark Fork and support a great day of community, athletics and sportsmanship.
