City needs to use existing system

If you see a Sandpoint water meter reader, give them a big hug. In fact hold on tightly because they may be a leprechaun with the proverbial pot of gold!

Once again our City Council showed that they are clueless with respect to public works issues, as well as other essential services that can only be provided by the city. They are so uninformed that they fail to ask the proper questions when given the opportunity and appear clueless.
