More radical legislators are now marginalized

This has been a great time for good public policy and for the mainstream voter.
The child support enforcement act (HB1), for which the Legislature was called back to Boise for a special session, went through the legislative process in a single day, supported by 78 percent of the members. It was signed into law, by Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter, the very next day.
