Not guilty plea in child porn case

SANDPOINT — A Kootenai man pleaded not guilty last week to possessing child pornography.

Lance Robert Pearson’s plea on May 18 clears the way for a two-day jury trial in 1st District Court in September. Pearson is free on his own recognizance while the case is pending.
