Scott underappreciated for her integrity, ability

There’s something very wrong with SB 1067 child support legislation. Common sense indicates that if the government was truly interested in assisting children, it would be a simple process in providing the state of Idaho access to the database and procedure in collecting monies from deadbeat parents.

Instead, it’s become some backdoor convoluted process involving alignment with an international treaty with threats of withholding money, essentially a bribe.
