Spend quality time with your children

Three days ago, my 5-year-old daughter fell off a stool and the stool came down hard on my big, shoeless toe.

The sound that erupted from me was so scary that my little daughter ran to the bathroom crying hysterically and locked herself in. She thought I was mad at her and that I was suddenly unsafe.
