You're right, police are to blame for violence

| May 31, 2015 7:00 AM

I am writing this in hopes that you will share with other who I undoubtedly owe an apology. I admit I am old, set in my ways and repeatedly have defended the actions of the police across the country, I was wrong and what I saw on TV today convinced me that the “police” are the common denominator in all the violence that has taken place across the country.

Today, when the police became involved in a peaceful exchange of gunfire between two social biker groups I finally saw the error of my ways. Because the “police” became involved nine of the biker social groups were accidently shot by other bikers who were distracted by the “police” showing up with guns and maybe returned fire at the social group. And, the fun-loving bikers were further confused when the local politicians did not force the “police” to retreat like what occurred in Boston.
