Man accused of lewd conduct

SANDPOINT — A would-be Sandpoint resident was arrested on a lewd conduct charge last Sunday.

Christopher James Dabich made an initial appearance in Bonner County Magistrate Court via teleconference from the jail on Monday. Judge Debra Heise set his bail at $10,000 and appointed a public defender, according to court documents.

A no-contact order was also entered in the case.
