Hospital staff delivered exemplary care, kindness

Dear Ms. Sheryl Rickard,

I recently had extensive shoulder surgery at Bonner General Health and would like to address the outstanding, compassionate, and competent care I received from every staff member who assisted me.

From the moment my wife and I arrived at registration, Gina made it obvious she cared about me as “her” patient. Upon entering the pre-surgical unit, Rose had a very calming personality, took a personal interest in my comfort, and answered our many questions.
