Sandpoint Magazine celebrates 25th anniversary issue

Keokee Co. Publishing of Sandpoint announces the publication of its 25th anniversary issue of Sandpoint Magazine. This milestone is reached with the Winter 2016 issue, reaching the streets Friday. 

And to celebrate, the community is invited to a publication party that same day at Keokee’s offices, 405 Church St., from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., to mingle with staff, writers, photographers and story subjects from the current and previous years — all the people collectively who create Sandpoint Magazine. The party features live music by Wild Honey, hors d’oeuvres and refreshments.

First published in November 1990, the color, glossy lifestyle magazine was a first for our town. The inaugural Winter 1991 issue weighed in at 32 pages and stated its purpose to appeal to both locals and visitors in the “Before Word”:
