U.S. 95 crash injures five

SAGLE — Five people were injured in a chain-reaction crash on U.S. Highway 95 on Tuesday.

Idaho State Police said Barry L. Johnson was headed northbound and slowing to turn left into the New Song Bible Church. William R. Murray was also northbound and began slowing behind Johnson.

A third northbound motorist, Donald R. Frey failed to see the two vehicles ahead of him had slowed and crashed his Lincoln Aviator sport utility vehicle into the rear of Murray's Toyota Camry. The collision sent the midsize Toyota in the rear of Johnson's Honda Accord, state police said.
