Shame on us for giving city officials the power

Rob the poor to give to the rich? Isn’t that the reverse of the liberal/Robin Hood story?

Sandpoint’s city council recently exposed the total lack of character that defines that grand institution. The food bank, which is in its crunch time trying to help the needy during the holidays, approached the council for relief from a huge water bill that was caused by an error by one of their volunteers.
