We can't ignore damage caused in past storms

I have been in Sandpoint most of my life and I have worked in the electric utility game since I was about 22.

In the Nov. 19 Daily Bee, I read an article by someone at Avista Utilities claiming that this latest windstorm as being the “worst storm” in their history. Let’s go back to firestorm of 1991. Unknown to most it was the utilities that burned down Idaho, Washington, California, etc.
