MOSCOW — When is a win a loss? Just ask Sandpoint, which beat Moscow 1-0 on Saturday in Moscow to wrap up 4A IEL play, but lost an ensuing coin flip tie-breaker to Lakeland after the match, making them the No. 2 seed in districts.

Dawson Mulder reached double digits in goals by netting his 10th of the season in the 50th minute for the Bulldogs (11-2-3, 2-0-2 4A IEL), finishing a long free kick from Jackson Rinck to score the game winner in a 1-0 win over Moscow. The problem is they needed one more goal to win the first tie-breaker, goal differential, as Lakeland also finished league play at 2-0-2.
