Mug bog operator to seek permit

SANDPOINT — A formal default judgment has was entered Thursday against the operator of a bootleg off-road vehicle park in Clagstone.

First District Judge Richard Christensen entered the judgment against Kathleen Bryngelson after she declined to answer a civil complaint filed by Bonner County that sought to idle the Twisted Mud 'N Crawl until it obtains conditional land use permits for the facility.

Bonner County Deputy Prosecutor William Wilson advised the court that Bryngelson intends to reinitiate efforts to obtain permit approval, according to court documents.
