How can we vet all of the refugees?

John Kerry said the U.S. will accept 85,000 Syrian refugees in 2016, and 100,000 in 2017. How can we possibly vet them all? The U.S. spent $500 million to train Syrian rebels to fight Asaad, and there are only five of them in the fight! We already have upwards of 11 million illegal aliens here, many are on welfare, many are criminals. I’m not a Trump supporter, but I can see why he says, “Our leaders are stupid.”
