Rognstad is best pick for Sandpoint mayor

This may be the most important mayoral race in Sandpoint’s history. One the one hand, we have a candidate, Mr. Rognstad, who has considerable experience both in government and business. On the other hand, we have Mr. Dunkel who has no business or government experience.
