Rognstad is dedicated to Sandpoint's future

I have known Shelby Rognstad only in his role as a Sandpoint City Council member and president. During the past year, I have had the opportunity to work with him in the planning phase of the Watershed Crest Trail, an epic 25-mile loop trail located primarily on Sandpoint property near town.
