Shelby's vision will benefit more people

Why would I, a classic liberal, vote for Shelby, a self-avowed progressive? 

As an economist, I am concerned with three things: smart growth, fiscal prudence, and access and distribution.

Shelby’s vision for smart growth is focused on the future, a time when human capital and technology will become indispensable.
