Writer distorted Scott's actions

Bob Wynhausen stated that Heather Scott had “misled” her audience. He did not state his proof. Does he deal in the truth? Or is it merely innuendo?

Bob stated that the matter between the local veteran and the VA “…could have been handled administratively… .” What proof does he have of that? Did he blow off as mere misleading distortion the recent widespread scandal at the VA of mistreatment of veterans? Bob distorted Rep. Scott’s actions as merely for her own selfish “… political glory ….”
