HARRISON FLATS — The sophomore connection of quarterback Wade Stevens to receiver Bryant Moore led to a pair of first half touchdowns, leading the Wampus Cats to a 32-6 win over Kootenai in White Star League football on Friday night at Kootenai High School.

Stevens also ran for a pair of second half touchdowns for the Cats (1-0), and Dakota West returned a kickoff 73 yards for a score, as the Cats built a 20-6 halftime lead and held on for the win.

Clark Fork head coach Brian Arthun had high praise for the play of his lines, led by Eich Anderson, Spencer Jeffres and Tyler Hammack.
