CFHS learning goes hands on

CLARK FORK — Clark Fork faculty has changed to a hands-on learning approach for their students this year, a move that the students really enjoy.
Students participate in field trips and hands-on activities to apply what they learn in a classroom in a real-world setting. Activities the students could participate in include a study at Colburn Lake on Schweitzer Mountain to test the water quality. Students are making duck boxes for the Clark Fork Delta, which the outdoor students will deliver. Students can even learn how to make an underwater robot or a three-wheeled car, or make paper from scratch or paper art.
