Leslie Warren Ridley, 93

Leslie Warren Ridley, 93, passed away quietly on March 12, 2016, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

He was preceded in death by, his first wife, Ruth; his parents, Horace and Hattie; his brothers, Howard and Jack; and his sisters, Mabel, Irene, and Evelyn.

He is survived by his second wife, Neva; sons, Ryon and Brett; daughter, Shauna; son-in-law, Norm; daughter-in-law, Lori; four grandchildren, Carrie, Dustin, Alex and Emily; five great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Cassi, Brandon, Jason and Camryn; and his caregivers, Sherylee and Norm Foster.

Leslie was a proud Army/Air Force veteran of World War II, serving three years in Europe. He was a devout member of the First Baptist Church of Salt Lake City, Utah, most of his life. He was an avid golfer and bowler and as a younger man, bowled a perfect 300 game. He loved his family and friends very much. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Salt Lake City, 777 South 1300 East. A viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church prior to the funeral services. Interment will take place at Salt Lake City Cemetery.
