Jimmie Bailey, of Athol, was cited at 12:13 a.m. in the area of Spirit Lake Cutoff and Clagstone roads on a charge of failure to have a current and valid driver’s license.

Report of information in the 2000 block of Albeni Cove Road in Oldtown at 2:39 a.m.

Deputies responded to the 39000 block of Highway 200 for a traffic hazard at 3:15 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement in the area of Elmira Road and Highway 95 at 2:31 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

March 28

After a report of a possible sighting of a reported stolen vehicle in the Cedar Street area at 7:54 a.m., an officer advised the report was unfounded and the vehicles were not the same.

A VIN was verified in the 800 block. of Oak Street at 9 a.m.

Mason S. Hammond, 20, of Sagle, was cited on a charge of malicious injury to property for breaking out vehicle windows after an argument in the area of Michigan Street and S. Fourth Avenue at 10:02 a.m.

After a reported abandoned vehicle in the area of Alexander Way and N. Boyer Avenue, an officer checked on a vehicle at 11:04 a.m. and advised the owner was in the process of repairing it so it could be moved.

An officer assisted a Montana agency on S. Second Avenue at 10:38 a.m.

A backpack was found in the 400 block of N. Third Avenue at 11:58 a.m.

After a welfare check request at 12:43 p.m., an officer advised that a female resident in the 1000 block of Park Avenue was located and was getting care.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Hickory Street at 12:41 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate any noise in the area of Church Street and N. Ella Avenue after a complaint at 12:57 p.m.

A bike rack was located at Memorial Field at 2:30 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle-versus-parked car accident on S. Boyer Road at 5:08 p.m. and advised insurance information was exchanged.

An officer questions about custody paperwork in the 1200 block of Oak Street at 5:24 p.m.

A no-contact order violation was reported in the area of Hickory Street and Forest Avenue at 6:37 p.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported on S. Ella Avenue at 7:38 p.m.

An officer advised at 8:32 p.m. that a male Sandpoint juvenile was driving and texting when he drove his vehicle into a parked car in the 600 block of W. Lake Street which then struck a third vehicle. No injuries were reported and the juvenile was cited.

A 911 hang-up was reported on Main Street at 8:37 p.m.

Disorderly conduct was reported on S. Division Avenue at 11:03 p.m.

A possible drunken driver was reported on N. Boyer Road at 11:07 p.m.

Officers assisted a motorist in the area of Spruce Street and Ruth Avenue at 12:52 a.m.

Officers responded to an alarm reported in the Highway 95 area in Ponderay at 1:57 a.m.
