LAKE PEND OREILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT #84 NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of Lake Pend Oreille School District #84 for the 2016 Bus Lane Addition - Farmin-Stidwell Elem.: The project involves constructing a new bus lane, constructing concrete sidewalk along Spruce Street, replacing the asphalt pavement in the student drop-off area, replacing and modifying the parking lot and student drop-off approaches, and constructing a new concrete walkway. MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING 3/22/16 PUBLIC COMMENT Several members of the public spoke in regards to the Clagstone Conservation Easement MISCELLANEOUS Approved the Bonner County Proclamation declaring April Child Abuse Prevention Month. Approved the letter to the Coolin Civic Organization granting them permission to hold a parade on May 28, 2016. Declared the March 11, 2016 opinion letter regarding the Clagstone Conservation Easement void. SHERIFF Approved the recommendations from the Bonner County Communications Advisory Board and will allocate $21,759.02 from the 2014 BHS Grant funds toward the purchase of a trailer-mounted generator and the interconnect to 9-1-1. The remaining funds of $37,248.98 for this project are to be taken from the 2015 BHS grant funds. TECHNOLOGY Approved the two BNSF right of way agreements #15-54095 and #15-54096 to permit the passage underneath the railroad tracks in the vicinity of North Division Street of the proposed Bonner County fiber optic connection between the Administration Building and the Sherriff's complex. The cost is $2,420. Approved the publication of a sole source notice and subsequent purchase of a Kohler 70REZGT multi-fuel generator on a trailer for use as a back-up generator to the 9-1-1 facility. The cost is $45,625.00. TREASURER Approved the amendment to the Payport Service Level Agreement for electronic transactions (credit card payments). AIRPORTS Approved the J-U-B Engineer's Agreement for professional services to prepare a Job Growth Idaho Community Development Block Grant and administer grant funds in accordance with Idaho Department of Commerce requirements at a cost of $10,000.
