Vernon “Ray” Spencer, 67, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at his home in Cocolalla, Idaho.

Viewing for friends and family will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the New Song Bible Church, following with funeral services at 1 p.m. with Sig Jensen officiating.
