Howard Murray of Michigan was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in the area of Highway 41 and Nagle Road in Oldtown at 7:26 p.m.
Report of information in the 100 block of Birchwood Road at 7:43 p.m.
Report of a threats call in the 500 block of Gooby Road at 8:14 p.m.
Report of a follow-up in the 4000 block of North Boyer Road at 9:01 p.m.
Benjermin J. Dexter, 26, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 500 block on a Bonner County warrant at 9:27 p.m.
Request for a welfare check in the 3700 block of Eastside Road in Priest River at 9:28 p.m.
April 4
Deputies responded to the Heath Lake Road area in Sagle for an unattended death at 12:16 a.m.
SANDPOINT POLICE
April 3
A two-vehicle, non-injury collision was reported in the area of Pine Street and Lincoln Avenue at 9:54 a.m.
A vehicle was reported stolen in the 900 block of Hickory Glen Avenue at 1:09 p.m. after it was not returned after being loaned out.
A follow-up report was taken on Lake Street at 2:06 p.m.
A possible sex offense was reported in the city at 2:23 p.m.
Officers advised they were unable to locate several juveniles who were reported to have walked across the train bridge and entered Sandpoint City Beach at 3:03 p.m.
Officers responded for a follow-up report on Hickory Glen Avenue at 8 p.m.
Justin D. Landry, 32. of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1600 block of Larch Street at 8:122 p.m. after causing a disturbance and due to his level of intoxication, he was charged with a parole violation.
An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of Cedar Street and Boyer Avenue at 9:02 p.m.
April 4
Nicholas W. Mattison, 36, of Sandpoint was cited on a charge of driving without privileges in the area of Cedar Street and Washington Avenue at 12:53 a.m.
An officer advised at 5:33 a.m. that a 29-year-old Sandpoint female, whose name was not listed, will be cited on a charge of invalid driver’s license via complaint/summons.

An officer responded to an agency assist in the 1600 block of Larch Street at 8:12 p.m.
