The LPOSD “Master” Facility Plan, funded by a $55 million levy vote in August 2016, is a secret that continues to tumble. Documents supporting the decision of the LPOSD’s gated-community to hire architect(s) are non-existent and/or unavailable for inspection. LPOSD’s first denial for documents was based on I.C. 74-102(11), erroneous and petty in comparison to any $55 million taxpayer expense. A subsequent request for documents was limited to specific information between Superintendent Shawn Woodward and Chief Financial Officer Lisa Hals, which resulted in a complete denial (no redacted communications) declaring the omnipresence of trade secrets in public official communications, I.C. 74-107(1). .” Is LPOSD building “Langley” complexes or schools. March 8, 2016 LPOSD minutes read, “Hals shared she could not single out one particular attribute” in the selection of architects. Conversely, Hals states, “interviewees [architects] were aware of everything … including all of the extra projects,”

LPOSD’s golden rule, the taxpayer is excluded until the bill comes due.
