April 11

A 911 hang-up was reported on Turbine Drive at 9 a.m.

Officers assisted another agency on Lincoln Avenue at 9:02 a.m.

Officers were unable to contact the owners of barking dogs in the 1700 block on Northshore Drive at 11:16 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 476700 block of Highway 95 at 12:06 p.m.

Officers contacted a male yelling at passersby and throwing rocks at vehicles in the area of Ontario Street and Highway 2 at 12:25 p.m. He was advised to move along.

A bike was abandoned in the 200 block of First Avenue at 1:05 p.m.

Credit card fraud was reported in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 1:25 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle whose driver threw trash onto the ground in the 600 block of Church Street at 1:57 p.m.

A 911 pocket dial was reported on Baldy Mountain Road at 4:05 p.m.

A two-vehicle, minor-damage collision occurred in the 300 block of First Avenue at 4:25 p.m.

After a welfare check request in the area of Boyer Avenue and Chestnut Street at 5:12 p.m., an officer advised that a small child was actually part of a larger group and was fine.

Ryan M. Johnson, 33, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery in the 700 block of Monroe Avenue.

Officers advised juveniles who entered a residence in the 1200 block of Fir Street at 8:38 p.m. had permission to be there.

An officer was unable to contact a citizen regarding follow-up at 7:11 p.m.

A homeless male was advised not to camp inside city limits when he was found sleeping in the 800 block of Highway 2 at 10:05 p.m.

An officer advised there was no one outside when he arrived in the 600 block after a complaint of a controlled substance at 11:01 p.m.

Cara N. Bottemiller, 24, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Oak and Halley streets at 11:59 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

April 12

A reportedly stolen bicycle in the 200 block of Pine Street was located and returned to the owner at 2:41 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a barking dog complaint in the 600 block of Boyer Avenue at 5:05 a.m.
