| April 20, 2016 1:00 AM

Lorrine Luicille Envik, 87, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016, at Luther Park in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, April 22, at the Lakeview Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Neuder officiating. Burial will follow at the Lakeview Cemetery.

Lorrine was born on March 9, 1929, in Blue Grass, N.D., to Pauline and George Bickel. Growing up on a farm in rural North Dakota, she attended a one-room country school through the eighth grade and graduated from high school in New Salem, N.D., in 1947.

On Aug. 5, 1950, she married Gene Envik. Together they had two children, Dennis and Vikki. Lorrine was a stay-at-home mom after moving to Sonoma, Calif., to raise the family. As the children got older, she became a medical transcriber at the Sonoma State Hospital where she worked until retirement. She and Gene spent their retirement years in a home they built in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, and then later in Sagle, Idaho.

Lorrine was a supportive and caring wife and mother. She was dedicated to her family and very proud of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is blessed to have had 61 years of marriage to her loving husband, who preceded her in death in 2012.

She is survived by her son, Dennis (Joyce) Envik of Sagle; her daughter, Vikki (Dan) Eraldi of Sonoma; five grandchildren, Erik, Levi, Ivan, Christine and Claire; and six great-grandchildren, Zach, Alex, Seirra, Carter, Liam, and Chloe. Also surviving is her brother, Bob Bickel.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gene, and brother Floyd Bickel.

You are loved more than you'll ever know. Rest in peace.
