April 14

Kyle S. Flores, 25, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of battery after an altercation in the 800 block of Airport Way at 9:56 a.m.

Threatening text messages were reported at the police department on W. Lake Street at 1:51 p.m.; officers advised the sender is out-of-state.

An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver reported in the area of Larch Street and N. Division Avenue at 2:34 p.m.

An informational report was filed at the police department on W. Lake Street at 2:56 p.m.

An officer checked on an elderly female in the 500 block of Olive Avenue at 2:50 p.m.

Jason T. Kelly, 42, of Priest River, was cited on a charge of prescription fraud in the 1300 block of Highway 2 at 3:01 p.m.

A shoplifting incident was reported in the 600 block of Larch Street at 4:25 p.m.
