WEST BONNER WATER & SEWER DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The West Bonner Water and Sewer District hold a public hearing regarding proposed fees pertaining to connection fees and monthly rates for water and sewer services within the area served by the recent expansion of services. More specifically the lands affected by the proposed increase are all lands within the District located easterly of the Highway 2 bridge. Proposed fees are based on anticipated costs of capitol improvements and projected operating costs of the facilities. The proposed fees for each Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU = 12,000 gallons) are: Water Connection Fee: $7,000.00 Sewer Connection Fee: $5,500.00 Monthly Rate for Water $44.00 for the first 12,000 gallons Monthly Rate for Sewer $52.00 Charges for uses in excess of 12,000 gallons per month remain unchanged. Commercial users are charged a minimum of 2 ERU's with a monthly allowance of 24,000 gallons.
