Stevens' lead Wampus Cats at Wallace meet

BIG CREEK — Wallace’s Justin Bayer and Genesis Prep’s Jonny Hillman and Jacob Schultz finished in a three-way tie for medalist honors with a 44 during a match at Shoshone Golf Club.
Clark Fork’s Wade Stevens was not too far back with a 49, as he will be looking to claim an individual spot at state when districts roll around.
Wallace junior Maryssa Hogamier shot a 50 to earn girls medalist honors, while Brooke Stevens shot a 63 to lead Clark Fork.
Clark Fork will get the chance to play 18 holes at Circling Raven on Monday when Lakeside hosts a North Star League meet.
