According to the paper no new discoveries have been offered. The initial amount embezzled $220,000-plus, Harvel was earning a low six-figure salary, Bonner General Health was unaware of any strain on Harvel’s personal finances.

How special. It’s nice to know a person can negotiate. I wonder if that also applied to those folks requesting assistance at the times their bills were incurred.

How can you negotiate stealing? Really … how absurd.
