7B Women offers talk on networking

| April 28, 2016 1:00 AM

SANDPOINT — The 7B Women, a committee of the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce, invite you to join them at their May luncheon for a great opportunity to learn more about optimizing your networking opportunities.

As a follow-up to their presentation earlier this year on perfecting your “elevator pitch,” this month’s program will be on “Natural Networking — The Be Yourself Guide To Relationship Marketing”.

This month’s speaker is Patricia Gessaman, owner and founder of Success SOULutions, a life and career coaching company that guides individuals and groups through transitions by helping them overcome conditioned patterns and beliefs that stand between them and what they really want in their lives and careers.

Geesaman studied at Coach Training Alliance and The Abundance Intelligence Institute and is a certified abundance intelligence leader and licensed desire map facilitator. She offers individual and group coaching and workshops designed to help people reconnect with the source of their personal power for greater fulfillment, joy and success.

Geesaman will be addressing the issues of knowing just when to use your elevator pitch — a minute or less long summary of you and your business — and how to do so in an authentic way.

“Whether you have an outgoing personality or get butterflies at the prospect of meeting new people, you’ll gain practical, actionable knowledge to increase your comfort level and help you make more meaningful connections to grow your business,” said Geesaman of her presentation. “We want to empower women to be confident and comfortable in promoting their business and networking with others,” said 7B Women Vice Chair Patty Hutchens.

“This presentation will go a long way to helping people of all personalities achieve their goals.”

The luncheon will take place at Tango Cafe in the Columbia Bank Center from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3.

Everyone in the community, men and women, are welcome.

The cost is $20 or $15 for chamber members. Please register prior to the event by calling the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce at 208-263-2161 or logging onto members.sandpointchamber.org/events.
