Mike Nielsen’s attack on my lack of trustworthiness lacks creditability. This from a former county commissioner who is almost solely responsible for the demise of Bonner County Search & Rescue. A man who engineered the firing of former Bonner County EMS Director Rob Wakeley, who incidentally sued Bonner County for wrongful termination, and won. A man who promoted taking taxes collected for solid waste projects to pay for our new juvenile detention facility.

My concern for an apples-to-apples comparative bid on our county health insurance, which I didn’t think we had, prompted my request for a rebid. Also no conversation ever took place between my self and Taylor Insurance ever on the county health insurance bid process. I’m sure that Dan and Elaine Taylor and I will take polygraph test to confirm this. Trying to clear things up.
