CITY OF OLDTOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Oldtown City Council will hold a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the current subdivision ordinance (Ordinance 2007-2) so as to: 1) Provide for condominium plat procedures within Chapter 3 as follows: CHAPTER 3 CONDOMINIUM PLATS A. Application and Procedures: Application for a condominium plat may be filed any time after the footings for the proposed structure have been installed. The procedures for a condominium plat shall be the same as for a Subdivision Final Plat as set forth in this ordinance and shall meet the requirements as set forth in Idaho Code Section 55-1504. 2) Delete Ordinance 2007-2 Chapter 4 Section B1 which reads as follows: B. Exemptions and Existing Plats: The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to the following: 1. Any division of land for the purpose of adjusting the boundary line or the transfer of land between two (2) adjacent property owners which does not result in the creation of any additional building site. CITY OF OLDTOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Oldtown City Council will hold a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to the current zoning ordinance (Ordinance 2010-1) as follows: 1) Add a definition for bed and breakfast type establishments. 2) Add a definition for vacation rentals 3) Provide for replacement of non-conforming buildings destroyed by fire or other catastrophe. 4) Adopt additional development standards for uses by right, special uses, large scale development and providing for continuing maintenance of required improvements. 5) Adopt standards and provisions pertaining to signs. 6) Adopt performance standards for the design and construction of streets and public right of way development. 7) Adopt off-street parking requirements for permitted uses and conditional uses. 8) Amending the Schedule of District Regulations so as to provide for private parks and recreation facilities as a special use within the Commercial Zone and amends the Public Recreational Zone so as to keep listed uses but to require special use permits for private facilities. WEST BONNER WATER & SEWER DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The West Bonner Water and Sewer District hold a public hearing regarding proposed fees pertaining to connection fees and monthly rates for water and sewer services within the area served by the recent expansion of services. More specifically the lands affected by the proposed increase are all lands within the District located easterly of the Highway 2 bridge. Proposed fees are based on anticipated costs of capitol improvements and projected operating costs of the facilities. The proposed fees for each Equivalent Residential Unit (ERU = 12,000 gallons) are: Water Connection Fee: $7,000.00 Sewer Connection Fee: $5,500.00 Monthly Rate for Water $44.00 for the first 12,000 gallons Monthly Rate for Sewer $52.00 Charges for uses in excess of 12,000 gallons per month remain unchanged. Commercial users are charged a minimum of 2 ERU's with a monthly allowance of 24,000 gallons. Repeated additional 12,000 increment levels of use may require purchase of additional ERUs and payment of the corresponding monthly rate per ERU.
