July 29

An officer checked on a residence in the 1300 block of Oak Street at 5:22 a.m. after juveniles had a party there.

Richard C Townsend, 30, of Sandpoint, was arrested on charges of possession of meth in the 300 block of St. Clair Avenue after he was contacted after a battery was reported at 7:10 a.m.

A bag was found in the Spruce Street area was turned in to the police department at 8:42 a.m.

A pet owner was issued a verbal warning for leaving two dogs in a vehicle in the 100 block of S. First Avenue at 11:34 a.m.

Morgan Kenney, 30, of Hope, was cited in the 473800 block of Highway 95 at 12:20 p.m. on a charge of failure to purchase a driver’s license.

A 911 pocket dial was reported on S. First Avenue at 1:17 p.m.

An officer checked a residence in the 300 block of S. Fourth Avenue after a 911 hang-up call occurred at 1:45 p.m.
