Aug. 3

An officer was unable to locate a reckless driver headed into the city on Ramsay Lane at 7:51 a.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury collision occurred in the 600 block of W. Superior Street at 8:48 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on S. Division Avenue at 9:14 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Turbine Drive at 10:31 a.m.

The source of a 911 hang-up call at 10:45 a.m. was found to be in the county; call transferred.

Officers checked on an elderly male in the 300 block of Halley Street at 11:51 a.m.

Eric J Nordland, 29, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 700 block of Main Street at 12:10 p.m. on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, grand theft and felon in possession of a firearm; and Laylah K. Pennington, 21, of Sandpoint, was

arrested at the same time and location on a felony probation violation.

Medication was reported taken from the 1200 block of Hickory Street at 12:31 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen who locked their keys in their vehicle in the 1300 block of Highway 2 at 12:39 p.m.

A bicyclist was transported to BGH for treatment after crashing in the 1000 block of Spruce Street at 12:40 p.m.

An officer spoke to the parents of a juvenile male in the 900 block of N. Division Avenue at 2:44 p.m.

After a report of disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 3:31 p.m., an intoxicated male was given a courtesy transport and a found wallet was returned to its owner.

A walk-in accident report was filed at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 3:27 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate any dogs barking in the area of the 1700 block of Janelle Way at 3:11 p.m.

A bike was taken from the 200 block of N. First Avenue at 4:05 p.m.

A found driver’s license was turned in at the courthouse on S. First Avenue at 3:50 p.m.

Information was received regarding the abortion protestors on Bridge Street at 1:52 p.m.

A resident’s dog, which was leashed, was attacked by a second dog at Lakeview Park, which was not on a leash at 3:27 p.m.

An intoxicated male in the Hickory Street area was transported to BGH for treatment at 4:22 p.m.

The abortion protestors were back in the 300 block of Oak Street at 4:40 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate suspicious female in the 500 block of Antone Street at 5:52 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate any drones flying in the area of the osprey nest at Memorial Field at 8:31 p.m.

Hudson L. Sheeley, 34, of Sandpoint, was cited on a charge of failure to purchase an Idaho driver’s license at 11:53 p.m.

After an alarm was reported in the 1300 block of Highway 2; an officer advised nothing appeared disturbed at 12:08 a.m.

An officer responded to a hit-and-run crash in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 2:35 p.m.

An officer responded to a vehicle fire in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 6:35 p.m.

An officer responded to a follow-up in the 476500 block of Highway 95 at 8:02 p.m.
