—Photo courtesy BILL COLLIER Jade Smith of Sandpoint won the Vietnam Veterans of America raffle at the recent Gun and Horn show at Bonner County Fairgrounds. He was kind enough to donate the old collector shotgun back to the group to be raffled another time. All money raised is used to help veterans in need. Shotgun is presented by Russ Fankell, VVA state president.
