ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BONNER COUNTY ROAD & BRIDGE SOLDIER CREEK CULVERT REPLACEMENT COOLIN, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by Bonner County Road and Bridge for the Soldier Creek Culvert Replacement. The deadline to submit a bid is 10:30 AM on September 7, 2016 to the office of the Bonner County Commissioners, 1500 Highway 2, Suite 308, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. On 4/20/16 Litehouse Cheese had two violations of Sandpoint's Municipal Sewer Ordinance for discharging waste water with BOD and FOG in excess of their permit limit. Per city code each violation requires a minimum $250 fine and recovery of any costs to the city. Litehouse Cheese has installed cages on their drains to catch any excess cheese from finding its way down the drain and is working with employees on training to prevent excess wastes from entering the city system.
